PMS Tools is the operations layer for short-term rental managers. It connects to your property management system (Guesty today) and runs everything the PMS doesn't: cleaning and inspection checklists with photos, turnovers from checkout to ready, a multi-calendar of stays, jobs and team, maintenance jobs, team leave and day-off rotation, stock and shopping lists, smart-lock door codes (Nuki, Tedee) made and sent for every stay, a digital House Book for guests, and monthly owner statements with invoices. Your team works from the Android app or the web, gets alerts on Telegram, and every property's facts live in one place. Built by a Lisbon property manager for its own homes, available in English, Portuguese, German and Spanish.
