Customer Support is great but I have suggestions. **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2022 **What do you like best about PMI?** You have a leg up against other candidates when it comes to applying for a job or asking for a raise. **What do you dislike about PMI?** Please for gosh sakes give your liscencees more than 1 day notice that they need to renew. I had a panic attack when I read this. When I called to complain, I was told that the PMI does give 1 year for licensees to pay the fee. It would have been good if the automated system told me!!!!! **Recommendations to others considering PMI:** Having a PMP is awesome!! It gives you a leg up over other candidates when you are job hunting!! This amounts to more money and perks!!! **What problems is PMI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I believe the PMI has added agile to their body of knowledge which I think is great! ### 2. It's self guided and while the course itself is fine, PMI sent out an email saying that they are changing platforms and that the entire course would need to be completed within 30 days or all current progress would be lost. It's extremely frustrating to pay $400 for a course that they've suddenly now put a timestamp on. I reached out to customer support, which was less than helpful and just reiterated the same warning.
