For complex services, knowledge of advanced coding is required. These are generally a small percentage of offerings but like most workflow based platforms may take a some time to plan and effectively build. The tool is relatively simple but still has many capabilities so that many different types of processes can be implemented. Also, everyone I have worked with or talked to at PMG has been very helpful and knows the tool's capabilities well. It would be nice if there were more granularity in permissions. A lot of permissions are tied together. A recent example was the addition of Lists, but the ability to edit them is tied to the Catalog permission, which also gives the ability to edit all Forms, Shared Forms, etc. Though PMG has taken some of this feedback and implemented, for example, the read-only workflow permission, allowing users to have permission to see how a workflow is configured without being able to edit it.
