"Centralizing and Streamlining Product Data Management with Plytix"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

What I appreciate most is having all our product details organized in one place that’s simple to manage, yet still powerful and adaptable. It’s made it incredibly straightforward to push accurate, up-to-date information wherever it needs to go, whether inside the company or to external partners. More than anything, it’s reduced a lot of the complexity I used to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

Needs a more robust API so that one can further automate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Reliable Platform with Smooth Integrations and Time-Saving Bulk Edits"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

The UI is clean and easy to use, you can find things fast and it stays manageable even with a lot of SKUs and assets. Exports and integrations work well, setting up feeds and mapping fields is pretty straightforward, and effective. Performance is reliable. The platform runs smoothly day to day, even with larger datasets. Bulk edits save a lot of time when you need to update many products at once. Pricing feels fair for what you get, especially since it replaces a lot of manual work. Support has been great. Our account manager Karina has been super helpful, quick to respond, and just really easy to work with. AI features are still developing, but the core system already does what we need really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

Honestly, I don’t really have anything I dislike. The platform does what we need, and it supports our daily work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Centralized PIM that Actively Evolves with New Features and AI."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

Plytix is fairly intuitive and feature-rich. I especially appreciate that the team is actively developing the product and frequently rolling out new features. Formula attributes and multilevel inheritance, for example, solved huge problems for us. I also really like the recent UI changes—particularly the move away from paginated pages. The new automations look especially promising, as do the new AI features, which I am currently working on integrating into our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

Asset attributes need some work, especially regarding their use in channels and formulas. My main dislike is that too many settings are hidden and require contacting a Customer Success Manager to change. I prefer having full administrative control to avoid wasting time on workarounds for issues that a simple setting change could fix. However, this is a personal preference and not a complaint about our support—our Account Manager is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM

Thanks so much for the detailed update, Travis 🙌 Really great to hear formula attributes, multilevel inheritance, and the recent UI changes have made such a difference for you. Love that you’re already exploring automations and AI in your workflow. We appreciate the honest feedback on asset attributes and admin controls as well and have shared that with the product team 💜

"Centralized Data Hub with Promising Upgrades"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

I really appreciate that by putting all of our data into Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM, we now have a centralized source of truth, keeping everyone both internally and externally up to date. This has eliminated the silos we had before, where information was scattered in excel sheets and people's minds. I like that it seems to improve every few weeks, so the features we want but don't currently have might be just around the corner. Once you get used to it after a few minutes of playing around, it's quite user-friendly. Some colleagues use an API connection with it, which they say works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

Brand portals are very limited for now but it is a new product that is being worked on. Same goes for Product Data Sheets. Both have potential but are not quite there yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Single Source of Truth for Product Data, Assets, and Scalable Marketing Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

Plytix effectively centralizes both product data and digital assets into a single, structured system. Managing large catalogs across multiple brands, languages, and channels becomes significantly more efficient when everything is organized, searchable, and consistently formatted in one place.

It allows us to structure product information exactly how we need it, which is critical for handling complex spec data, multilingual content, and ongoing product updates. The DAM integration is equally valuable, making it easy to manage, update, and distribute thousands of product images without breaking workflows.

Another key strength is how well Plytix supports automation and integration. Being able to connect it into our broader ecosystem and trigger updates based on data or asset changes has helped streamline production and reduce manual work, especially for spec sheets and catalog outputs.

The support and account management have been excellent. Our account manager, Chance, has been outstanding, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Having that level of support makes a big difference when building and refining workflows over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM?

There is a bit of a learning curve with some areas of the UI and UX. Certain workflows and interactions can feel slightly unintuitive at first, and it takes some time to fully understand how everything connects and behaves.

Another consideration is that attribute structure requires upfront planning. Changing attribute types, labels, or overall structure after they have been created is not always straightforward. Because of this, it is important to invest time early in defining a clear data model before importing or building out SKUs.

The spec sheet generation tools are useful, but could benefit from more customization options. Greater flexibility in layout, styling, and design control would allow for a stronger visual aesthetic and better alignment with brand guidelines.

That said, once the system is properly set up and understood, these limitations become much less of an issue and the platform runs very efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM
