Pluto card is easy to use,  it also fulfills its purpose with efficiency. It's user-friendly interface is what exactly we were looking for and it's ability to track expense is also good.

What truly sets Pluto Card apart is its integration with accounting systems, which eliminates any manual interventions. This feature has significantly streamlined our financial processes, saving us valuable time and resources.

No dislikes as such only minor improvement in the card service and account integration are required.

Pluto is providing us cards and allowing us to track the expenses without asking for any financial details of the organization. which is really a plus and has solved our problem.

Pluto simplifies expense tracking which reduces manual data entry and minimizes errors. This makes the expense reporting process much smoother and faster. It offers real-time spending controls that greatly help with budget discipline while providing for the needs of the business.

Reporting features have a bit of limited options. But if you're just a user, the current dashboard should be enough.

Pluto lets us see spending in real time, helping us stick to our budget and make better financial decisions quickly. Moreover, it allows us to do business with smaller vendors more easily by offering simple payment options.

**What do you like best about Pluto?**

I love how easy the application is to use as well as the supportive third party applications such as WhatsApp. It allows me to easily share receipts and upload them to my transactions which in turn allows for more efficient financial tracking. Customer support has been great as well, for any issues or concerns the team is easily reachable and helpful. It took us about 5minutes to get set company-wide, there were no issues thanks to the zoom session where the Pluto team took us through the sign up.

**What do you dislike about Pluto?**

Surprisingly, nothing! Pluto has far surpassed my expectations and myself along with my team are all very happy with its current integration within our workstream.

**What problems is Pluto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we have 3 different offices located in New York, London, and Dubai we need to track employee expenditures. Our finance team often relays how easy the Pluto UI and export system is compared to our other offices. It benefits us by saving our finance team time and allows for tracking across the Dubai office with ease.

Payment management has been seamless, the platform provides the best overview model of all my transactions. Segregation of payments by merchants is a very smart step so that no transactions are missed out without at attached descripotion to it.

I use the platform for claiming expenses. Good part is that the platform is intuitive - the flow is such that it naturally pushes you to the next logical step.

A first time user gets no hints on how to use this. Apps and platforms these days have a few hints that help a person use the tool.

Problem that is solves for me is ease of claiming expenses. Platform benifits - saves time and effort. Helps me to track my expenses by giving me update mailers.

Payments released by our teams are easy to track, and receipts are hassle-free to monitor, since its available in the system. Additionally, online chat support is always available for any issues or glitches.

**What do you dislike about Pluto?**

Sometimes, there is a delay in the system. Not all released payments are posted in real-time, so we are not sure if they were paid successfully or rejected.

It makes the AP process go smoothly. Previously, our team struggled to release payments using one company card, where the CEO received the OTP. Now, team members can pay on their own using Pluto cards, and we simply track their expenses through the system

**What do you like best about Pluto?**

Pluto has transformed petty cash management for our organisation, streamlining the process with the ability for the finance team to easily review all transactions and upload these via CSV to Netsuite as part of month end. I particularly like the ease of card management in terms of adding, deactiviting and changing limits as well as the ability to set up cards for specific purposes (i.e. fuel only).

The system is user friendly and easy to navigate and the team are very responsive with any queries we have.

**What do you dislike about Pluto?**

Few teething issues, however the team are responsive and have made changes and improvements to the system based on our feedback.

We are yet to find a way to integrate csv with tax amounts on Netsuite, this would help further streamline the process and avoid manual edits to the monthly pluto journals to capture VAT.

Petty cash management.

Despite thinking of finding one i have not. We are a company of 1000 employees and are greatly satisfied with the pluto team.

They have solved our use of issuing cash for day to day expenses, removed petty cash from our day to day use. Helps management and accounts to report on our expense usage and most importantly minmized if not eradicated any sort of cash leak.

i dont think ive experienced negative on my pluto card. it works for me perfectly. i can just use it to pay anywhere, withdraw if ineeded cash.

Amazing dashboard, and the ability to create multiple cards for every verticle of my business has been a game changer on too many occasions! the implementation and setup is also super smooth

I wish if the OTP is an SMS otp rather than email otp, would make things much faster, also integrating FaceID in the mobile app would make it even more user friendly.

We had all departments, Marketing, Tech, Subscriptions...etc using one business card before, and with Pluto we split all those into mutiple cards making it easier for us to track spend and expenses.

It is easy to use and all transactions needs to ne reviewed an approved. There's also a report being sent monthly that's very useful for reconciliation. Uploading of receipts is also very convenient as the software can read it automatically.

Some reports are not easily convertible to excel such as the cash transactions/disbursements.

The ease of use and the ability to not wait for petty cash or cash reimbursements specially during weekends. The operations team can use the card anytime to purchase urgent supplies.

Ease of use and ability to track all the payments! Customer support has been top notch and the integrations with Xero were straight forward. The time it took to implement as well was very quick!

Not a lot to say here - every time we have feedback they're able to incorporate thigns quickly - the only thing we're waiting for is Apple Pay for Pluto Cards.

We're able to make sure we're within budgets for the cards set for each service. This really helps in avoiding extra charges and being able to thoroughly investigate as well.

Streamlining our AP process both for employees and vendors. It helps have a better tracking, approval process and historical tracking.

Pluto has made it super easy and efficient to track, manage and monitor expenses. No more hassle of managing multiple claims and reconciliations. I have been to put my time to better use while Pluto takes care of my expenses!

One downside that I feel is having to manage and upload multiple receipts. If this can potentially be digitized, it will be of great help!
