As an accountant, Pluto ease our work up to 90%. Very helpful to our accounting team to manage and track all the expenses of our employees. Here are the top 5 pros of using Pluto.

1. Swipe and upload the receipt/invoice

and the big bonus is - whenever I faced any inconvenience, Noura is always there to help me through and Teri has been very good on guiding us on the entire process when we started using Pluto.

What do you dislike about Pluto?

The reimbursement part. We don't usually use this - and if someone does, I wouldn't be able to see as there is no notificaton. I think if someone request for reimbursement - the reimbursement dashboard would have a "notification" sign or something that will caught our eyes so we can check immediately. Since we've been using Pluto last year, we were able to effortlessly monitor our expenses as well as generate reports seamlessly. It is user-friendly and efficient. We can provide cards and make reimbursements from the platform directly which is very convenient. Everytime we have issues or concerns, the team was able to provide a solution. It can improve a bit more on the customer support live chat function. I've had minor queries in the past and was not able to get an immediate response, which can delay things a bit. What do you like best about Pluto?

The Pluto interface makes it easier for me to have a view on all expense reports along with receipts as well converted currency. Not only does this reduce the time spent on this task, it allows for ease of submission for the employees as well.

The quick support offered by the Pluto team is also a huge plus point.

The ease of use of the product. It has a very clean UI and can be used with minimal training. It is feature rich and changes to settings can be done instantly. Their use of Whatsapp to upload documents was a game changer and makes it very easy for the whole team to use and make sure all receipts are uploaded instantly. Pluto was very user-friendly and easy to set up. The team was highly supportive during the training, demonstrating patience and thoroughness in teaching users. The interface of Pluto is straightforward and easy to manage. Fund transfers are processed quickly, with no delays, making it convenient to transfer funds as needed. For sure I recommend the pluto card for any company for efficient petty cash & subscription management. we don't face anymore challenge of claim transferring to our employee personal ban accounts.
