The reimbursement part. We don't usually use this - and if someone does, I wouldn't be able to see as there is no notificaton. I think if someone request for reimbursement - the reimbursement dashboard would have a "notification" sign or something that will caught our eyes so we can check immediately. The Pluto interface makes it easier for me to have a view on all expense reports along with receipts as well converted currency. Not only does this reduce the time spent on this task, it allows for ease of submission for the employees as well.

The ease of use of the product. It has a very clean UI and can be used with minimal training. It is feature rich and changes to settings can be done instantly. Their use of Whatsapp to upload documents was a game changer and makes it very easy for the whole team to use and make sure all receipts are uploaded instantly.
