It is user-friendly and efficient. We can provide cards and make reimbursements from the platform directly which is very convenient. Everytime we have issues or concerns, the team was able to provide a solution. **What do you dislike about Pluto?** It can improve a bit more on the customer support live chat function. I've had minor queries in the past and was not able to get an immediate response, which can delay things a bit. We can also improve with the integration aspect so it wouldn't feel so manual. **What problems is Pluto solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to issue individual corporate cards is really helpful. Also, the administrators can control and has visibility over the spending. Being able to set custom spending limits is also great, and especially tracking transactions in real-time, while being able to generate reports needed to reconcile our expenses. It has a very clean UI and can be used with minimal training. It is feature rich and changes to settings can be done instantly. Their use of Whatsapp to upload documents was a game changer and makes it very easy for the whole team to use and make sure all receipts are uploaded instantly. Gives us transparency of our purchases and we have actually moved a very complicated manual purchase-approval process over to pluto now. **What do you dislike about Pluto?** Can't think of anything critical. This used to be a stenous task on a monthly basis to close books due to late submission of receipts. Also to get approvals on purchases was done completely manually and involced multiple emails.
