Recommendations to others considering Plutio:
I would choose a task or project that you have coming up and commit to JUST focusing on getting that project plugged into Plutio. Focus on doing it cleanly and with purpose. Avoid "project dumping" all the projects you currently have… that will only overwhelm you; you'll end up having a series handful of projects that are all half–baked. It's too much; you'll miss out on the nuances that Plutio (or *any* project management app offers) and end up skimming right over many of its benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also use it to develop somewhat of a template when it comes to setting up a new computer to be productive. There are always a slew of applications, fonts and documents that need to be installed on a new Mac. In the past this has been extremely overwhelming. What's nice about Plutio, is that I can set up a template for one particular machine, and duplicate that for a new machine. The ability to make these set up tasks into checklists as well as to add notesIs a huge deal.
One of the things that I felt was a turnoff was the proposals. I've heard others absolutely rave about them, however I simply use a different platform. The concern for me wasn't the existence of that particular feature—it was my own philosophy that challenged the app's development that goes something like this: "If you're going to be a project management app, do it. Leave that other stuff to other tools—Pages, Keynote, MS Word, plus the other secure digital signature apps that already have a leg up on this, Docusign, Docsketch, etc." What ends up being the result is a lackluster 'proposal' tool that few use (thank you to them, for being essentially the beta testers). I believe I would use Plutio much more if I had jumped on board later than what I did. It's very obvious that Plutio is committed to continuing to make the platform better and better.
