I wish the point-and-click, drag-and-drop was built out a bit more for rules. Plumsail forms is an easy way to design both web forms and SharePoiint forms. Plumsail handles the collection of submission data. A good selection of form controls, fields and containers with customization options for all form elements. Simple drag and drop interface. Some knowledge of HTML is useful for more advanced forms. Free plan is restricted to 100 monthly submissions and 100 Mb storage. Other plans add more submissions and storage space, but can work out expensive if forms are used a lot.
