Plug n Drive is an EV charging management platform (CPMS) that combines OCPP-based charging management with customer engagement and marketing capabilities. The platform enables businesses and EV charging operators to manage compatible charging stations, monitor charging sessions, control user access, process charging payments, configure tariffs and analyse charging activity across multiple sites. Beyond charging management, Plug n Drive introduces a marketing and customer engagement layer that connects charging events with existing CRM systems, customer loyalty programmes and marketing platforms. For example, a charging event or predefined usage pattern could trigger a promotional offer, loyalty reward or personalised message to an eligible customer through connected channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, email and push notifications, depending on the integrations available. By connecting charging infrastructure, payment activity and marketing technology, Plug n Drive helps businesses explore new ways to generate charging revenue, engage EV drivers, promote participating retailers and encourage repeat visits. Designed for shopping centres, commercial property operators, hotels, residential complexes, businesses and EV charging operators, Plug n Drive brings charging management and customer engagement together in one platform. CRM and loyalty systems remain the systems of record for their respective customer data. Customer identification, campaign triggers, messaging channels and real-time activation depend on configured integrations, data access and applicable customer permissions.
