Plowdesk is snow removal business software that helps contractors manage storm routes, crews, service records, quotes, and invoices. Its web dashboard connects office teams with iPhone, iPad, and Android apps for field crews. Contractors can organize customer sites into routes, record service activity and photos, document completed work, and manage seasonal, per-push, and tiered billing. Supported offline field work synchronizes when connectivity returns. Plowdesk also works with AlertRanger for customer notifications, subject to plan and service requirements. Plowdesk supports invoice CSV exports for manual import into QuickBooks Online, with customer and product/service mappings. This is a file-based export rather than automatic accounting synchronization; QuickBooks Desktop, payments, and credits are not included. The free Operator plan includes unlimited users and customers, up to three storm routes, service logging, quotes, and invoices. The Contractor plan is advertised at $95 per month and includes unlimited residential storm routes.
