Plotex turns the plat a developer or builder already has into an interactive 3D site map for their website. Most community pages still market lots with a flat PDF plat or a hotspot image. Neither answers what a buyer actually asks: how big is this lot, which way does it face, what backs onto it, and is it still available. On a Plotex map, buyers browse the community in 3D, tap any lot for dimensions, acreage, exposure and status, and send an inquiry tagged to that specific lot. Every inquiry lands in a built-in CRM and by email. The map embeds on any website with one snippet (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or custom), runs full-screen on a sales center touchscreen, and needs no app. Statuses update from a phone, and every embed changes at once. First draft in three business days from the plat you already have. Built for homebuilders, land developers and land brokers. Quote-based pricing.
