Automated collections and payables ... pretty much eliminated AR in our firm. Integrates well with Xero and QBO. Easy to send payments to CRA. Support has been pretty good whenever needed. I've just started using Plooto. Their customer service has been very helpfull! I asked them whether we had a particular options, the answer was no. But they followed up with how to get the options. That is going the extra mile.

The integration with Quickbooks makes it very easy to identify and pay bills. The build in approval process means I can pay bills even when cheque signers are not on site, I can control how many approvals are required for each transaction and they are informed automatically that something requires their attention.
