We mostly use Plooto to request CRA payments for clients so that they get to the government on time. This has proven to be incredibly useful and valueable to our clients when used correctly. It's a bit difficult to explain the process of payment approval to a particularly techincally challenged or difficult client without being able to see it ourselves. It's also a bit more tedious than it should be to change client settings to make sure they are getting reminders for payments that need their approval. This should probably be the default.
