"Plixi Keeps Instagram Engagement Consistent and Fits Seamlessly Into Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

One thing I like is that Plixi is fairly easy to use with your current social media workflow. Being in charge of digital activity across several priorities, I value tools that don’t require constant monitoring. The platform keeps Instagram engagement consistent, while freeing up the team to spend more time planning content, campaigns, and other digital initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

Although the analytics are good for a general overview, I wish they were more adaptable for more complex reporting. We still require to use other analytical tools for performance reviews in detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Instagram Growth on Autopilot with Plixi"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

With Plixi, we are able to keep our Instagram constantly up to date without manual intervention from us. From a brand marketer’s perspective, audience activity happens in the background while we continue to focus on campaign planning, creative direction and product storytelling. Setup is simple and after you set targeting once it works reliably Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

The analytical layer is relatively high-level, while it does well to maintain the traffic. To get more granular on reporting or campaign attribution, we continue to use other mechanics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lightweight, Low-Oversight Automation That Fits Seamlessly Into Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

What stands out most is how lightweight the platform feels. As a technical leader, once you have it configured, it doesn’t require much oversight. It fits into an existing social workflow. The automation component is a simple one and ensures that the account remains active without requiring continual activity from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

In this way, the analytics layer does not contain the detailed aspects of the reporting tool. We still rely on external reporting solutions for more in-depth performance reviews and trend analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Consistent Instagram Growth with Plixi"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

From a marketers perspective the best part about Plixi for me is the steady and consistent Instagram growth without need for me putting in the hard work.

I primarily utilize it to maintain visibility and engagement throughout various campaigns and activations, such as product launches and seasonal activations, even when the team is busy with other channels. It’s a pretty simple setup and once set up, runs itself with very little day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

The first situation requires some trial and error to get the targeting correct, given that different audience segments are used. Although the growth patterns are consistent, their reporting could be more detailed for performance analysis across campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Instagram Consistency with Plixi"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

Plixi ensures there’s a more consistent Instagram presence and less manual involvement of a marketing team. According to sales and marketing, that consistency is useful because it maintains brand activity even during busier campaign times. Setting it up was easy, and it runs without much day to day management once configured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

Analytics provide good visibility, but are still very high level in nature. We still use a variety of reporting tools for more in-depth campaign attribution or higher level analysis of performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Plixi Delivers Consistent Instagram Growth with an Easy, Time-Saving Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

I use Plixi since our ecomm brand mainly on Instagram We do a ton of work on attracting the right people as opposed to just numbers.

I normally focus on followers of similar fashion brands and niche accounts. So far, the results have been pretty consistent. The dashboard is user-friendly (which I enjoy) and creating campaigns doesn’t take a lot of time. In a matter of months, our followers that engage with posts and visit the site have already improved. The tool also integrates well with Buffer that we use to schedule and keep the workflow organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

I still feel that the analytics side is quite limited. To comprehend performance and customer behaviour more deeply I have to use other tools like HubSpot. Would show which targeting groups or content types are driving best results be of help? First-time users would benefit from clearer onboarding processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Instagram Automation That Keeps Brand Communications Consistent"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

From the perspective of brand communications, Plixi helps to strike a more regular presence on Instagram without creating additional operational pressure on the team. It is easy to manage, plus the automation side helps to keep things running fairly consistently during busy campaign times or product launches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

The analytics provide a great overview of engagement activity but are not complex enough to help you break down your brand or audiences. For bigger reports, we still mix data collected from elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low-Maintenance Instagram Growth That Runs in the Background"
5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

After a night, it was striking how the intelligence we set up was “low-maintainance”. As a Systems and IT Delivery manager, I prefer tools which do not add to operational overhead and follow-ups. Plixi helped your Instagram grow in the background which was super useful for me because I didn’t feel like I had another thing to have to be on top of all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

The biggest potential gap could be the analytics depth. It is capable of covering the basics, but may not be as effective at providing the deeper level of insight you’d like if you’re trying to measure performance. An all-in-one platform is superior to a dedicated support tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Set Up, Hands-Off Instagram Growth That Saves Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

What I liked best was that it didn’t feel like another platform we needed to keep up with all day long. In marketing comms, there is loads on the go all the time, so I was after something to help with Instagram growth that wouldn’t become one more thing to manage all the time. Plixi was quite easy to get started with and once installed, made it feel a lot less manual.

I also liked the fact that we were still managing performance but not over-complication. It was easy for us to plug it into our stack. Everyone is now spending more time on campaigns and messaging, not babysitting another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

For me, the largest discrepancy is the level of reporting detail. It provides a nice overview, but to really get into audience quality or performance details, it can feel a little lacking. It is useful for what it is but I wouldn’t see it as a full-on social media management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for focused Instagram growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plixi?

There are a few very simple things that matter to our team.

1. Without continuous checking, keeping on running is pretty easy.

2. More consistent growth on Instagram than being fully manual.

3. The process is as light as air, integrating into your current workflow.

4. The small brand team was relatively easy to set up.

5. It lessens the amount of repetitive day-to-day follow-up.

In my position of leading brand and marketing work, I enjoy that it doesn’t compete for too much attention once the audience direction is set. It provides us with a practical cushion, while we stay focused on content, campaigns and brand presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plixi?

There still exist some limitations.

1. While reporting serves an important purpose, it is not especially profound.

2. The information about the audience could be deeper.

3. It is primarily designed to cater to the specific needs of growth-oriented marketers.

4. Teams needing expanded publishing, channel management may still need additional tools.

It has all the basics but if you need in-depth analysis or to consolidate the entire platform, it’s not the best option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
