It gives a lot of helpful information about the enterprise it is currently deployed for. It has a great UI and a ton of various methods to sort data which is great for analyzing multiple sectors within the organization. I have no issues with Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and think it was an amazing experience to set this up for a client. It, however, has a learning curve especially for customizing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plex is excellent for reviewing multiple departments regarding process flow. From Purchasing to Invoicing and everything in between. There isn't enough in depth documentation available for Plex UX modules. From what is available, many of these cover what I would consider higher level information.

I like the database that Plex can store. You can customize all the menus and options for your organization without any issues. It is very hard to get a case resolved. It seems that it gets half-read and a quarter understood. We include steps to replicate issues and it seems like PLEX does not even attempt to recreate the issue. I rarely see evidence of them testing in our PCN. Also, I don't like that the green revision history book is not available everywhere in PLEX. Most of the stock reports either don't work or do not have the filters needed. All filters shouild be on all screens. We have to have a semi complicated Excel spreadsheet that outlines what filter is available on what screen and have to make decisions on how to tag our parts in the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
