Plerdy is awesome, it actually helps my entire product team to look at user experience and improve from there. Especially the mouse movement tracking feature, which is totally amazing allowing us to know exactly what the users are doing. Its also very easy to implement. I am impressed with Plerdy's heatmap. It clearly shows me which elements of my webpage attract clicks and which still need improvement. It has a recording phase feature that I haven't seen in other similar tools. It clearly shows the specific browsing path of visitors, which is very impressive! Its recording feature has limitations and can be easily exhausted, but fortunately, it has a function where it only records browsing tracks under certain conditions.
