Specifically, I repeatedly encounter two phenomena. One is that I don't have a useful preview function to upload simple photos of receipts, especially from the Apple world. Sometimes it's a bit buggy, making it look like I haven't added an attachment to the expense yet, but then somehow it is there, and vice versa. I find that confusing. And sometimes, when finalizing a submitted expense, the window remains open even though it has already closed in the background, and if I press it again, it gets saved twice. What I like most is that processing with Pleo is always very fast overall. I can complete my tasks very easily and spend very little time on them. Especially in the app, processing is even easier with the scan function combined with AI-based extraction. I can process my receipts very quickly. These functions mean that I hardly have to do any extra work. I just have to scan the receipt and everything is automatically extracted. The functions I mentioned in the app, as far as I can tell, are not usable in the web app, i.e., in the browser on the laptop. Often, I have requirements that I prefer to handle in the web app, but some of the advantages that the app offers are missing. Additionally, I always have difficulties with the categorization of expenses, as there are relatively many categories.
