It gives me a good overview of which receipts I still need to add to the app and helps me assign receipts to the correct budget effortlessly. What I like most about Pleo is its simplicity and how user-friendly it is. It's also very easy to lend my card to any of my teammates while still keeping a good overview. It has simplified our daily approval process by an incredible amount compared to our previous system, and has been really easy to train our staff on. **What do you dislike about Pleo?** Finding some options in the dropdown can get a bit tedious on PC. On mobile the most used options are at the top, but not on PC. We've also run into an issue with cash withdrawals that we hadn't anticipated, which wasn't obvious from the limit options that were available to use in the card limit menu. **What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main issue we were looking to solve was staying on top of recording our receipts, as well as the approval flow. There is one small improvement: When I accidently make a personal purchase with my Pleo card, I need to put in the receipt before I can mark it as a personal expanse. The things we like best is the ability to do payments online, the Pleo Pocket feature and the direct integration with our accounting service. Charges per additional card and charges remain on cards once cancelled. **What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a number of house were we provide care services. Each has a monthly budget to run the house including food, activities etc.. This requires a lot of oversight, Pleo enable us to put in place budgets and over see spend, whilst keeping records for accounting purposes. ### 28.
