I was particularly attracted to Pleo because of the cashback features and the favorable foreign exchange (FX) fees it offers. The user cards and expense management capabilities are standout features for me. Additionally, I find the ease of use for both cardholders and when submitting expenses to be highly beneficial. The Pleo app and online portal are both excellent tools that contribute to smooth operations. One feature I frequently rely on is the instant card management, which allows for swift changes and control over card settings. Furthermore, the reporting functionality is very useful and aids in maintaining oversight over financial transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Pleo? I dislike the absence of an API connector which forces us to manually upload data, affecting efficiency. Additionally, the initial promise of an API connector has not been fulfilled, which is quite disappointing. The lack of a VAT feature is another drawback, making tax management more cumbersome. Backoffice processes are not sufficient enough and lack basic needed functionalities Functionalities & Services are not provided throughout all countries Customer Support Service from basic to Success Manager are not sufficient and basically provide work arounds instead of solutions.
