Pleisys Engage is a low-code WhatsApp automation platform from Pleisys, a Verdeshell Technologies company. Businesses design, publish and run four kinds of WhatsApp messaging on one platform: two-way automated conversations with live-agent handoff, marketing campaigns to segmented audiences using approved templates, API-triggered utility alerts such as order updates and reminders, and OTP send-and-verify with rate limits and expiry. A drag-and-drop workflow designer handles triggers, conditions, waits, variables and actions, with versioning and preview before publishing. It connects to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API through Embedded Signup or to Twilio, and keeps templates, phone numbers and quality tiers in sync. Contacts and audiences are consent-tracked per purpose, with audit trails, export and erasure tools for DPDP and GDPR. Messages are paid from a prepaid wallet at per-country rates, with alerts and auto-recharge. Live analytics follow sent, delivered, read and replied. A REST API and webhooks are available on Pro and above. Plans start at Rs 1,499 per month (Basic), with Pro, Business and Enterprise tiers and a 14-day free trial with no card required.
