I use Playvox everyday as i'm the part of the WFM as a scheduler, is it easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the sections break down makes it easy to make configurations, like the user templates, roster, shift templates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'll be using Playvox everyday. I love how everything is broken down into sections and it's easy to see and find what I need! It's easy to submit time off and to veiw the scheduel. The color code is is also easy to follow for the scheduel I have. If I don't know something I can just click on the help icon for assistance. While working from home it's really easy to monitor the que and act as per requirement, It also helps me to be on top of my roster and any realtime changes made to it as per requirements.
