What do you like best about Playvox Quality Management?

It provides some really valuable data (takes QA to ensure its right) but big enabler for the team data wise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Playvox Quality Management?

Product took tons of setup and operational lift. It doesn't deliver what is promised and is really buggy. Schedules take forever to adjust to be usable as it only spits out a quarter of the correct schedule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
