Playtest Cloud had made game testing incredibly simple for our mobile game. It's been simple to get qualitative feedback on our iterations, and the video recordings, questionnaires, and ability to select for what types of players we want have been great. It's simple to set up, and while it's pricier than some competitors, that's because of its relative ease of use, simple integration, and incredible speed. Some of the advanced features are behind higher paywalls, and there can be some confusion with customer support - but PTC has always gone out of their way to help us and figure things out when that's happened. I've used PlaytestCloud for a number of my own projects (and collaborated with them on others). The technology just works - you can upload a build and they handle it from there. I regularly need a source of mobile game participants, and a reliable platform for build distribution and aggregation of player data. Their platform and panel are very high quality, and they integrate with third party survey tools (unlike some comeptitors in this space).
