Our account manager is super super reactive, which is very comfortable when you are in a timely sentivie environment. It's nice to have an in-person contact and not a chat-bot. We have had specific request based on our own company practices and they have adapted perfectly. Their process is quite smooth as well. **What do you dislike about Playroll?** The only slight thing I would change is the fact to have "addendums" signed even for something that has no impact on the payroll and price (for ex: a change in probation period in the contract will have a addendum to be signed even if the employment contract has not been sent yet). The process of having the quote signed, deposit paid and then employment contract sent required some learning curves on our part, but after a meeting we've aligned the different steps and now it's quite smooth.
