These programs call for some advanced skills that while I do have, I do not have the time to deal with. I was very skepticle that PlayPlay would hold up to it's promises of being user friendly and a fast/easier way to make videos. I was proved wrong very quickly. One of my favorite things about PlayPlay is how easy the templates are to utilize for different things. Even though a template may be considered a title, I have used it to highlight an event or an award. This program truly is user friendly in a way that I have never seen before. I also enjoy the support availability. I have used the chat function a few times and have been helped within minutes. I have also emailed Andrew F (who is awesome by the way) and have gotten extreamly fast and detailed responses. **What do you dislike about PlayPlay?** I think the AI video maker still needs some work. I've tried it a few times and most of the time, the stock images/videos that are pulled up, do not match what I asked for. **What problems is PlayPlay solving and how is that benefiting you?** PlayPlay has made it easier for my company to highlight the conferences we are attending in a new and fun format. Any company can post a plain old graphic. PlayPlay videos are eye catching. The quality is immediately apparent. Then you add in things like AI assistant, script writing, and captioning, and half the work is done for you. I've gotten my money's worth at least 5x over. The customer support team reaches out often to offer ideas and share product updates, which is nice for me to stay informed. **What do you dislike about PlayPlay?** It took me quite some time to figure out the transitions between clips, and I had at least 3 demo calls to learn about all the features. While it's great to have that hands-on support, it can be overwhelming and easy to forget all that's available. At the same time, I wish some things were more customizable, such as logo placement, text placement, and the number of characters allowed in a field. I find I am limited in some areas, but not enough to turn me away. **What problems is PlayPlay solving and how is that benefiting you?** PlayPlay solves for mixed communication styles, as we're a large company with folks all over. I'm able to make corporate videos in an hour or less sometimes! I also love the AI voiceover feature. How approachable and helpful the company's representatives are is an added bonus. **What do you dislike about PlayPlay?** There are limited options for text-leaning slides. In finance, often the text I recieve to turn into a video is dense, but necessary. I find myself shifting through different "text" slide options until I come across a template that allows for alot of text on one slide only, but this particular prcoess is time consuming. It would be amazing if the AI voice feature could be automatically timed to match with the content of the particular slide. I can choose colors, fonts, upload my own content or benefit from free content of PlayPlay's partners. I can add animated icons to illustrate and give more energy to my videos. I can add subtitles easily. There is also a music library, but you can also add your own sounds. As a contributor from a team, I can access my colleagues' project videos and carry them on when they are off.
