When we used Propresenter, I would have to save files into a Dropbox folder that was connected to the computer at church, then get to church early and download them into Playlister. If there were internet issues, we had no media for the day. Once downloaded, we had to get it into Propresenter, a whole different process.

I love that it makes large group and small group settings customizable in different settings. It's easy. If one of my smaller campuses needs different worship songs, or likes to do their program in a different order, Playlister makes that not only feasible but flawless. We have over 70 screens in use for Playlister on the weekends, and in 3 years, we have only had 2 minor issues. Neither of them were Playlister's fault. That is quite simply unheard of in ministry. Our playlister coordinator implements things easily, and since we use it upwards of 10x a week, it's important that multiple large files on the same screen can be integrated easily. I will say Playlister can improve visually. Maybe it's just because I am rather new but sometimes the content I am dragging and dropping can be small. I am a visual person and sometimes that is how things are labelled in my head - via a picture! I'd love it if the size of content could be increased when they are on the side bar.
