Playlister is easy to use, and requires almost no training for having volunteers, or other infrequently involved staff members to use, create, and manage playlists, content, and media.

I also like the tag system. It makes syncing across multiple TVs and campuses much more seamless.

The only "kind of" issue I have encountered was with the scheduling of playlists, and having to use a buffer playlist to force the Apple TVs to auto play content for a second church service for the morning. Playlister allows me to manage content on out TVs throughout the building with a simple web interface that I can access from anywhere at anytime. I have worked with Playlister for several years and the company is top notch and is consistently asking for improvements and implementing the improvements. We have 20+ TVs and we can update the content on all the TVs in as little as 5 minutes each week. The web interface is straight forward and we can easily tag groups of TVs to quickly make changes.
