Idea behind: you save a lot of time interviewing people with very good results: you are able to see the body language and most of the evaluations that can be done in person. Monthly number of interview could be higher. Quality of localization (Italian) could be a bit better. Straightforward and intuitive interface both for companies and candidates. It saves a lot of time for us and our candidates are also like it! And even if CV looks good, it does not mean that candidate has good expertise with all points mentioned in CV. Playhunt video surveys help to determine candidate skills and invite only the best ones.
