I purchased this solution and got it set up in 10 minutes. My initial test interviews look great. I am excited to implement this tool in our hiring process to reduce the time spent on interviews where the candidate looks great on paper, but the live interview tells a different story. We also interview candidates in different time zones, and this tool will help us better manage our schedules for candidates we feel are more suitable for the position. The note section and ability to share interview videos help move a candidate along our process and obtain team feedback. Much better than simply emailing resumes back and forth between team members. Features like Custom domain/ webhook/ API and an interview limit of 50 per month are definitely a steal. I'm using the Platform for over 3 weeks and I'm impressed with the simple yet elegant UI/UX. This is definitely a platform that will wow the candidates for sure as the entire experience of giving the VIDEO interview for the candidate is so thoughtfully crafted by Playhunt. I think it has never been so easy to conduct interviews through digital media in such an organized way, we have had the opportunity to receive applications in a form, review the data and pre-selected people, send a playhunt link for them to respond with a video interview and generate a much deeper process, it is certainly a new way to receive information and comprehensively evaluate the person who answers the questions. The only issue to improve is that in the white label option, you could have a CNAME for the system to work with a fully customized domain, not a subdomain.playhunt but a 100% customizable url. Plan the selection processes very well, create a good initial information form to carry out a pre-selection. 2. Validate the information of the pre-selected candidates in order to make an asynchronous interview request, never apply directly to the interview, first apply a first filter. 3. Playhunt is extremely simple to use and provides onboarding steps to assist with making your first video interview. It also gives you the opportunity to view what interview candidates will see on their side, which is a brilliant touch. The best feature however is the team of Playhunt, who are super responsive to feedback and within a week of requesting a new feature, implemented it to their platform (the ability to download the videos). I don't like how there isn't an option to toggle a rerecord button for candidates, so they can easily rerecord failed interview attempts. the current platform will allow them to rerecord, but you as the interviewer will see all recordings. This can be a good thing, to prevent a candidate from practising perfect responses and cheating the interview, but it also means other use cases for the product are less effective. For example, collecting video testimonials from clients might be more time-consuming if you receive multiple failed attempts of recordings from them, rather than giving them the ability to only send through the final video product. I am using the platform as a way to prescreen workers before setting them up with an in-person meeting with my clients.
