I liked the simplicity of understanding how to set up and use PBB. Its ability to create a flexible communication system within an organization is impressive and one of its strengths. There are so many things about PBB that I like. One of my favorite things is the way the settings feature for quizzes. We have found fun ways to incorporate surveys into the New Hire Orientation's Getting to Know You section. We have not had the opportunity to use the Communications feature yet, but as we continue to build and roll out PlaybookBuilder, we have big plans.

There are very few things that I dislike. There are a couple of enhancements that I would love to see in the future such as a more robust text editor in the quizzes setup. We have added a math assessment and the text boxes do not accommodate fractions and exponents. We would also like to have an employee/student information management suite.
