I love the layout - very modern and appealing. I love how easy it is to create videos straight form the platform or upload already existing videos. I love how easy it is to send communications to the team about changes and updates and ensure that the processes are followed by all. I do not see any downside to it. I really think that all the features are very useful. You do need to do the tutorials in order to learn how to use all the features. Some are intuitive but some will require learning. PBB has a great help section as well as a series of webinars that will walk you through using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use, administration, and tracking this provides. It is incredibly intuitive, and I did not have to train my employees on how to create content/modules. It's essentially an easy-to-use "Canvas" if you're familiar with EdTech, but much more usable and gamified. It also allows us to see our new employees' progress on onboarding.

Importantly, we are also leveraging this to create a new addition to our business model around building educational content, giving it to our existing community, and selling it to external customers, expanding our geographical target market.

Finally, the support team at PBB is accessible, friendly (human, funny, and real), and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have expressed two complaints to PBB support; they were responsive and helpful. The first was very small - when I copied/pasted text, it wouldn't mesh with the existing text color. The second was how you upload and save videos - if you don't click the right buttons in order, you will lose the video you just recorded.
