I love that we can store all of our trainings, certifications, SOPs, etc., on here. This software makes onboarding new employees a breeze! This easily integrated with our processes, their customer support is incredible and we are frequently in this product. The software helps businesses start on 2nd base. There are very good templates and it is extremely intuitive and user friendly. Playbook Builder is now one of our key vendors and one of the top 5 most imporant software programs we use. It was extrememely easy to get started.
