We were inconsistent in the past; now, all new hires get the same onboarding content. This content includes videos and documents on topics ranging from payroll forms, HR info, IT issues and what to expect in their first week. 2. PlaybookBuilder helps with training for our company core processes and training for some of our "secret sauce." We upload templates and videos for training and reference. 3. We also use PlaybookBuilder to educate our clients (we are a CPA Firm). We upload webinars, short videos, and documents describing our tax and financial strategies. Playbook Builder allows us to take the combined knowledge of our Managers and distill it into bite size videos for new employees. Managers are freed up from spending so much time training. Instead of repeating yourself to clients, new employees and strategic partners, it allows you to share valuable information once and the document your core processes.
