What do you like best about PlaybookBuilder?

I like the fact that I can see all my contents in a tab format and it also has the quiz option to ensure participants recall.

I don't like that the number of steps to completely is much and sometimes discouraging.

The admin does not have the priviledge of seeing what the content looks like from a user perspective. I am always seeing the pencil icon that I can edit content. I would love the freedom toggle between edit mode and view mode.

My only complaint is video capacity. We find that most users can follow a video and retain the messaging. We record our "Lunch -n- Learns" but have found that some of these videos exceed the 1GB maximum upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Playbook makes it easy to get everyone on the same page, with the same information, without the time a manager would have to invest with new employees or at the annual trying to get everyone onboard. What do you like best about PlaybookBuilder?

I feel like the communications tools of alerts, and the ability to send surveys to specific teams or users in Playbook has been very beneficial. The ability to add videos to help visualize each step and process has also been excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been some functionality issues that have come up while working in Playbook Builder, but the people at Playbook have been very quick to respond and fix these problems! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
