Playable's templates speed up development, and the interface is generally user-friendly. It integrates well with our existing setup, allowing us to run engaging campaigns with minimal hassle. The support is great and on the odd occasion we encounter any problem, we can get support within minutes. We use Playable every month and are seeing some great results. Generally the layout builder is an easy interface to use when designing games. Sam has been a great contact and is always willing to hear our feedback as a client. More flexibility in customisation—especially around animations, layouts, and interactions—would be a big plus. Playable offers the most settings, ensuring you can tailor your game and flow to your needs. Allowing customize any element with custom CSS is a huge benefit that I haven't seen in other alternatives. Also allowing us to customize our data integration to our ESP is great. Many options bring great flexibility and possibilities. It's nice that the Chat support is fast to respond and effective in troubleshooting and finding solutions. We can do fun lead gen., education, and nurture of our customers all in one platform. The broad choice of game types fulfill most our wants and wishes. The platform is straightforward to use and highly customisable. There is a large selection of games. The support team were excellent and always on hand. The platform allowed us to generate quality leads for digital email marketing campaigns, something which is not always easy to achieve.
