Play Digital Signage was easy to set up on our Brightsign player and I got it displaying slides within the first ten minutes of messing with it. The dashboard and presentation builder interface is intuitive and was easy to train coworkers on how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't encountered any issues with Play yet. I did notice that the emojis in the presentation builder are not what is displayed on our signage device but I think that is more based off the OS used for slide creation (Firefox on macOS) versus the playback on the Brightsign machine. The most useful thing about this signage platform is its versatility, super easy and intuitive to manage and create content, especially if you want them to be unattended. They can be used and installed on many devices, from a simple TV box to something more professional. However, the quality is surprising, even on older devices. The only thing is that for some users, 1 screen is probably not enough even when it's for non-commercial use. I've test driven a few different signage software solutions, and Play has done everything I want it to very easily. I have yet to find limitations that meaningfully impact my workflow.
