"PlaySignage Makes Boarding House Communication Clear, Engaging, and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

We use PlaySignage in our school boarding house, and it has been an excellent addition. It allows us to share daily notices, upcoming events, reminders, photographs, sporting achievements and other important information with our students in a clear and engaging way.

The platform is straightforward to use, easy to update and gives us the flexibility to change content quickly whenever plans or notices are updated. It has made communication within the boarding house much more professional and visually appealing, and the students regularly stop to look at what is being displayed.

PlaySignage has become an important part of how we celebrate our boarding-house community and keep everyone informed. I have been extremely impressed with the platform and would happily recommend it to schools, boarding houses and other organisations looking for a reliable and user-friendly digital signage system. "Intuitive Editor and Effortless Remote Multi-Screen Content Deployment."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

What I appreciate the most is the intuitive web-based editor and how incredibly easy it is to manage and deploy content to multiple screens remotely. It just works without any unnecessary headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Play Digital Signage?

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. If I had to nitpick, managing a very large library of uploaded media assets can get a bit cluttered over time. Having more robust folder organization or bulk tagging would be a nice quality-of-life update, but it's definitely not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Learn and Quick to Build Templates and Screens"
4/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

It was very easy to learn how to use it. In just a few steps, I created my company’s template and built many screens. After that, it was also easy to connect it with a smart TV app. I think the price makes it more affordable while still maintaining professional-grade software. Support is also very easy to reach. At the moment, I haven’t used the AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Play Digital Signage?

At the moment, the only issue I’m having is with the music playlist. Sometimes the display shows only the image, but there’s no sound. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and Reliable Digital Signage"
5/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

I like how easy Play Digital Signage is to use. Creating, scheduling, and managing content across screens feels simple, even for someone without technical knowledge. It is reliable, flexible, and helps us keep our displays updated quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Play Digital Signage?

The platform works well overall, but the design and navigation could feel a little more modern and intuitive. Some advanced settings take time to find, and having more ready-made templates and customization options would make content creation even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Transition to Play Digital Signage—Easy to Use, Robust Tools, Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

We had ten digital reader boards that were operating on Samsung's Banner platform. Samsung notified us that they were dropping that platform and that we would have to transition to another company. They offered a recommendation on a company that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars and it did not look user friendly.

Our local sign company recommended that we give Play Digital Signage a try. After reaching out to them the created a guide to help us with the transition and took care of us through all of the steps. Their platform is much easier to use than the Banner platform and we could not be more happy with the move to Play Digital Signage. I have already recommended them to another company in the same situation!!!!

They also have a more robust list of tools that help us manager our boards, including notifications if there is an issue and a live view of what is playing.

The pricing is far better than what Samsung offered as an option so this transition was basically a win on all accounts!

I highly recommend Play Digital Signage for any advertising boards others may have! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy setup and all you need"
5/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

First of all, the user interface is great and easy to learn quickly. If you struggle, their help section is awesome, and they have a lot of videos if you need them. Once it’s set up, it works straight away and your signage is ready to go. It’s also easy to update whatever you want to share on screen. There are lots of integrations wich are easy to use such as backgrupnd music, slides and so on. And the performance is top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Play Digital Signage?

Nothing really. It's easy, intuitive and it covers our needs by far! Nothing to complain about except myself wince i didn't go through the toturail at first - so i lost a little time figuring things out myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally found a simple way to manage our lobby screen"
5/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

I love the interface of the web dashboard because the drag-and-drop interface is very intuitive. Our onboarding was basically instant—I just paired the app with our Google TV in the hall and it worked. We use the Canva integration to design our health posters and the Google Slides integration for our news feed. It’s great that I can manage everything remotely from my laptop without using any USB sticks. It saves me about 4 hours of work every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Play Digital Signage?

I think the AI / Intelligence features could be better. Right now, there are no built-in AI tools to help summarize long medical texts or generate captions for our news feed. We have to do that manually before uploading. Also, the 2GB file limit is a bit small for high-res videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, clear, and flexible"
5/5
What do you like best about Play Digital Signage?

No long loading times – everything runs really fast here.

I can implement changes with one click: just publish, and the effect is immediately visible. I don't have to go through multiple menus, adjust something somewhere, exit, publish, and then switch back to the template.

In my opinion, the template system is very well done. There is a main page, and for everything else, additional templates can be created, which can then be combined on the main page. This keeps the overall structure very clear, and the work continues to be simple and swift.

Additionally, there is a large selection of modules. And anything that is not included, I can integrate via HTML if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Play Digital Signage?

I have not found anything that bothers me so far. Until now, I am completely satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
