What do you like best about Plato?

They are tacking a hard issue of dealing with people. There are many great engineers who write great code but when they are then promoted for their efforts into a leadership role they struggle. Everyone is afraid of asking stupid questions and Plato is creating a place that allows for great engineers and tech leaders to speak to others who have been in their shoes before - not to mention allow for networking capabilities beyond just LinkedIn! What do you like best about Plato?

I got in touch with the founder of Plato when they were just starting out. I was trying to learn how I could become a better manager and was paired up with someone from Airbnb. I remember having a good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plato?

I honestly didn't use the app enough to run into any major issues with it, but my initial experiences were positive. At the time, I remember it being free, which I appreciated as a startup. But now it seems they charge folks in order to get access to the mentors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
