Brands sell personalised products through a configurator that runs across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale and every order arrives at the factory ready to produce, complete and correctly formatted, with no manual work in between. The same platform runs the workflow between brand and maker, replacing the paper-and-PDF flow with live specs, bills of materials, and materials data, and uses AI to author personalisation rules in plain English and turn tech packs into live, sellable models. Where most customisation tools stop at the storefront, PlatformE runs the entire flow, from product setup to production. Searchable sections are really cool. The API process is very streamlined and the Tech support chaps deserve a thumbs up! **What do you dislike about PlatformE Custom?** Took us a while to configure. The learning curve was a little steep however all in all it is a very easy and simple to use tool. **What problems is PlatformE Custom solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of having all product personalisation and customisation for our clientele across channels has been very helpful. ### 2. That's a personal process that says a lot about a brand. **What problems is PlatformE Custom solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's convenient to be able to focus on other things like creating new product ideas knowing the behind the scenes is being taken care of. ### 3. Very easy to implement with a brandable interface and the Pulse software gives full visibility of the whole process: from demand generation to production and delivery status. The quality of their 3D assets is also top-notch and the team was able to create our products with fidelity from simple CAD files. **What do you dislike about PlatformE Custom?** A bit pricy, but totally understandable due to the high-quality level of services PlatformE provides, especially the true-to-life 3D assets. **Recommendations to others considering PlatformE Custom:** If you are from the Fashion Industry, PlatformE is the best solution out there. **What problems is PlatformE Custom solving and how is that benefiting you?** PlatformE help us to add 3D product personalization and customization to our clients, both within the e-commerce and in-store. The company also connected us with suppliers that are able to produce our products on-demand in record time providing us with full visibility of the whole operation via PlatformE softwares.
