## About PlatformE Custom
PlatformE is the operating system for made-to-order: product customisation and on-demand production software for fashion and luxury brands. Brands sell personalised products through a configurator that runs across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale and every order arrives at the factory ready to produce, complete and correctly formatted, with no manual work in between. The same platform runs the workflow between brand and maker, replacing the paper-and-PDF flow with live specs, bills of materials, and materials data, and uses AI to author personalisation rules in plain English and turn tech packs into live, sellable models. Where most customisation tools stop at the storefront, PlatformE runs the entire flow, from product setup to production. That's the difference between offering personalisation and operating a made-to-order business: no re-keyed orders, no overselling what can't be made, no deadstock from guessing demand. **What do you like best about PlatformE Custom?**

It's always handy to know a place that can 3D print parts for you.

**What do you dislike about PlatformE Custom?**

The downside for me would be not sourcing out my own manufacturers, retailers, ect. That's a personal process that says a lot about a brand.

**What problems is PlatformE Custom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's convenient to be able to focus on other things like creating new product ideas knowing the behind the scenes is being taken care of.
