It lets you take bookings on your own website, price every trip automatically, collect payment online, issue the required paperwork and run daily operations from one dashboard. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription with 0 % commission on the rides you complete. The product addresses one problem directly. Drivers who depend on Uber, Bolt or Heetch give up 15 % to 30 % of every fare and never own the customer relationship. PlanYourDrive gives the operator a booking channel they control: their own site, their own fare rules, their own branding, their own customer data. Booking And Fare Calculation A customer enters pickup, destination, date and time, and gets a fare straight away. Trip duration factors in live road traffic plus the departure date and time, so estimates stay realistic at peak hours and on long journeys. The fare engine is configurable rather than fixed. You set the pickup charge, the per-kilometre rate, the per-hour rate for time in the vehicle, night, weekend and public holiday surcharges (prorated on trips that straddle two rate periods), waiting time, and empty approach legs billed at real cost. Round-trip and long-distance discounts can be applied automatically. Geographic zones, defined as circles or by postal code, carry their own pricing rules, fixed prices and event surcharges. A minimum booking amount, rounding rules and VAT handling complete the setup. You can publish your own booking options such as child seat, oversized luggage, meet and greet with a name board, or extended waiting, and make each one free or chargeable, at a fixed amount or per unit. Promo codes support a fixed or percentage discount, a validity window, a usage cap and conditions of use. The customer-facing module runs in French and English, with interfaces and messages switching to the language the passenger picks, which matters for airport and business clientele. Payments, Documents And Notifications Payments go through Stripe, as a deposit or the full amount, with the option to settle later. No card data is stored on PlanYourDrive servers, and we help set up the Stripe account during onboarding. Transport vouchers, mission orders and invoices are generated as PDFs and emailed to the customer and the driver without manual steps. Monthly activity, financial and subcontracting reports support accounting and re-invoicing, and the data exports to CSV or PDF at any time. Confirmations, pre-trip reminders and dispatch alerts go out by email and SMS, with 200 to 500 SMS included per month depending on the plan. Bookings can be pushed to Outlook or Google Calendar. After each completed ride the system can automatically ask the customer for a Google review. Dispatch And Subcontracting Trips can be dispatched to partner drivers with a default commission rate that stays editable per trip. The partner receives the trip details by email, a calendar entry, and Waze and Google Maps routes. Mission orders are produced automatically, and subcontracting reports keep commission accounting clean. Standard covers up to 5 subcontractors, Premium is unlimited. Website And Integration There are two deployment paths, so an operator can start with or without an existing site. If you already have a website, the booking module embeds through an iframe with a snippet to copy and paste. It works regardless of the CMS behind the site. If you do not, a customisable website is included in the subscription at no extra cost: photo gallery, logo, colours, fonts, text and vehicle presentation, all editable yourself. A .plydr.com subdomain is included, and a custom .fr or .com domain can be configured, with DNS and SSL handled by the service. Management The dashboard covers bookings, customers, vehicles, drivers, fare rules, zones and settings. An interactive calendar shows upcoming trips by month, week or day, and bookings can be created or edited from it. Revenue and activity statistics are consolidated into exportable monthly reports. A mobile WebApp exposes the same functions from a smartphone, on iOS and Android, for drivers who manage their business between rides. Booking sources stay traceable: QR codes for vehicles, flyers or paid partners, and Google Ads conversion tracking with the value of each booking, so acquisition spend can be measured against real revenue. Pricing Standard is 24 EUR per month excluding VAT (240 EUR per year) and covers 1 vehicle, 200 SMS per month and up to 5 subcontractors. Premium is 34 EUR per month excluding VAT (340 EUR per year), with unlimited vehicles, 500 SMS per month, unlimited subcontractors, priority support, custom improvements and a free SEO audit of an existing website. Annual billing gives 2 months free. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card. There is no lock-in contract and no commission on rides at either tier. A free fare calculator is open to the public without signing up. It estimates a trip price from your own rate card and works out the per-kilometre rate that covers your costs, including cost per kilometre and break-even point. A clickable demo of the full admin interface is also available without registration. Support And Onboarding Support is in French, with personalised help at each stage: account setup, fare configuration, Stripe account, module integration. Premium includes priority support. Training on the software is part of the package, and the product evolves from user feedback.
