Planview IdeaPlace is an innovation management software solution that helps organizations run structured, time-bound challenges to capture, evaluate, and prioritize ideas from employees, partners, or external audiences. It applies natural language processing, crowd-based ranking, and expert review to narrow large volumes of ideas down to those with the highest implementation potential. IdeaPlace connects selected ideas directly into Planview Portfolios, Planview AdaptiveWork, or Planview ProjectPlace for funding, resourcing, and execution, rather than functioning as a standalone idea collection tool. It is not very intuitive, but once you find everything, it becomes easier. There needs to be more flexibility with the challenge set up. Reporting needs to be enhanced.
