Changepoint PSA has always helped us in planning different Projects along with their resource & time allocation with respect to all the activities done in the project starting from Planning cycle of the project till the completion of it for production. The best features would minute level planning with respect to listing down Requests for each project which encompass the time and estimated resources required to complete it. Then you can assign these requests to your project teams in which then can create their own Tasks and put in Time for these tasks week by week thus enabling you to track each request & its related Tasks easily. The user interface for creating Projects using the The Compass PSA tool in Changepoint is very tedious to use. It take quite some time to put in all the details and then create Requests in each project. Also the reporting for each project can be improved by providing nice web views for each report created in Viewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
