"Planview AgilePlace is a great team networking application"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

The best thing about Planview AgilePlace is that it's available to anyone. Additionally, the user interface is quite elegant. It's beneficial for both administrators as well as regular users. Multiple customization possibilities are available for your board. Compared to, for example, Jira, this program is considerably simpler to use. This is an excellent introduction to the Agile work methodology for anyone new to it. You can allocate many assigners to a single card, and the assignment can be adjusted quickly if necessary The option to create many boards without leaving the current page is handy when working on a massive project with numerous smaller subprojects. Overall, it is valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

One thing I don't like about Planview AgilePlace is that upgrades are sometimes implemented without the user's knowledge. Your next login to the forum will be different from your most recent one, and you'll have to figure out why and adapt to the new circumstances. If users received email alerts whenever updates were available, it would be easier for us to keep up with changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

Consequently, it is accessible to all. In addition, the user interface is aesthetically appealing. It is beneficial for both senior management and everyday consumers. Your board can be personalized in a variety of ways. Compared to, say, Jira, it is a significantly simpler tool. Those unfamiliar with the Agile process will gain from reading this. The ability to quickly swap out assigners is a massive bonus for cards that allow this feature. When working on a large project with numerous smaller subprojects, The ability to create multiple boards without navigating away from the page Is Beneficial. What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

I wouldn't say I like Planview LeanKit because it's possible for the user to be unaware that updates have been deployed. A brand-new interface will await you the next time you log into the forum. The user will undoubtedly ponder what went wrong and how to react in light of the abrupt change. It would be better if users were informed of any changes (through email) to facilitate their adaptation to the revisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must for productive processes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

What I like best about Planview Lean is the ability to develop a customized workflow due to the simplicity of board swapping. The user interface is simple, making it easy for in-house development staff, frequent visitors, and users to grasp quickly. The cards allow for simple entry and retrieval of information. Additionally, the reports and statistics generated are beneficial. Among the other devices we tried, they were less effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

I want the ability to secure a row across many columns, regardless of the number of cards in any given column. How to subscribe through email to message boards or greeting cards needs to be clarified. It would be helpful if we received an email alert when the indicator representing the card's due date changed from gray to yellow and then to red. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Planview LeanKit is an effective tool for fostering collaboration on project"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

What I like best about Planview LeanKit is the graphical workflow. I can see each item on my board and how it relates to the other functions. This makes it easy for me to understand what needs to be done and when. Additionally, the commenting feature allows me and my team to keep track of all project-related details in one place. We no longer have to search through our inboxes for specific instructions because they are all recorded on the card for that task. Being able to assess the status of each project quickly is also a huge plus. Knowing that everything except the cards in the "Doing Now" column is complete, being reviewed, or not yet ready to begin helps me focus on what's important at any given moment. My staff loves Planview LeanKit so much that we've demonstrated it to many potential customers considering purchasing it for their businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

It would be helpful if future releases included printing an entire chart, including backlog and archive information. It would also be beneficial to have enhanced reporting capabilities showing how resources are utilized and prioritized. We could improve reporting and cockpit layout for more precise control over our charting processes. You could produce more documentation and videos on Reporting and Control to aid users in implementing this concept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly recommended as a project tool for visuals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

There is a lot to like about Planview LeanKit, but three things stand out above the rest. First, it is simple to tailor the boards to the specifications of a particular project. Second, the user interface is intuitive and uncomplicated. Third, the tool is frequently used by individuals not on the development team and is easy to learn. None of the other instruments we tried were as effective at simultaneously meeting all three of these criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

I dislike Planview LeanKit because you can't add pictures to cards and have them displayed on the board. This is a significant setback because my team has a lot of designers and other visually-minded people. A snapshot of the finished product is more accessible to recognize than just a list of numbers. "Planview LeanKit driving our Agile Transformation"
5/5
What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

A 'no-barrier to entry' tool requiring little to no training, LeanKit has greatly enabled our Agile transformation. LeanKit has enabled a simplified approach for delivery teams to visualize their work. Additionally, as the product has been enhanced, it drives the next logical step for increased adoption and growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

We've found things to be almost too customizable, which has led to a challenging environment to standardize reporting and training across the landscape. Additionally, we'd welcome some customization options for the main card area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Planview LeanKit: An examination of how it can optimize operations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Planview AgilePlace?

What I like best about Leankit are its flexibility and customization. The editing capabilities allow us to modify the board's layout and settings to our liking, which helps us maintain an aesthetically pleasing interface for tickets. The color coding and customizable formatting also help ensure that everyone on our team is always aware of what tasks are in progress and when they're due. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?

I dislike Planview LeanKit because it feels strange to use daily due to its limitations and bugs. However, this could be due to the Scrumban implementation. A significant rule is that actual sizes and points cannot be recorded; only estimates can be entered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
