This helps drive governance and keeps me updated on specific changes to the boards or cards that might require actions. The initial setup was also very easy. **What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?** I'm not able to preset the list view after selecting and arranging the custom fields I'm interested in. It would be nice to have the ability to save the sorting/filtering arrangements of specific fields for easy reporting. When we demoed it to a new group of users, they were not impressed. I can see each item on my board and how it relates to the other functions. This makes it easy for me to understand what needs to be done and when. Additionally, the commenting feature allows me and my team to keep track of all project-related details in one place. We no longer have to search through our inboxes for specific instructions because they are all recorded on the card for that task. Being able to assess the status of each project quickly is also a huge plus. Knowing that everything except the cards in the "Doing Now" column is complete, being reviewed, or not yet ready to begin helps me focus on what's important at any given moment. I continue to do it, but now that there's an application programming interface (API), managing automated updates and reports and promoting the service to other departments has become much more manageable.
