I don't like briefing from clarizen. The colors are too soft, and if you are looking at a large project or program, you cant see blockers and wins easily. Blocked items are the hardest to show... right now I have to pick between paused and requested, neither of which actually solve my need to show blocked tasks/milestones. Clarizen works well in completing the project or task on time. Since the clarizen notify our task through email, we can figure out what the due date is for each specific task and can manage all the task easily. So it can therefore be considered as an advanced cloud based software for project management. Other peculiar features that I loved are End-to-End Project Dashboard, customizable and friendly interface and can access information easily. When talking about the interface, it is so easy and friendly to handle and work on it. We can easily communicate or share our queries, concerns to our peers or seniors through chat. When talking about few downsides, sometimes the pages seem to run too slowly and waste our time. While looking for some previously completed projects, the data seem to be lost because the filters are turned on automatically. So I always supposed to clear all the filters before searching for anything. Clarizen will be a best tool for task or project managing if the given downsides will be cleared. Clarizen provides users with a comprehensive work management system, which is pretty valuable and useful. Initial installation and setup of the software are very easy, which adds up to its list of pros. Also, easy navigation helps to get a grip over the software even new users can use it with ease. Clarizen is an effective project management tool with multiple solutions made available to users. The methodology used by the Clarizen software is commendable. Starting a project before drawing out the entire plan and then switching back to draft to re-plan specific parts gives us complete liberty to make inputs at any point of time. The flexibility of the software is another notable functionality. It is a centralized platform to create and store content, alongside making collaborations easier. The in-app reporting tools seem to be lacking for most of the parts. Even though the develops are constantly trying to remove this bug, it cannot be said that it has gone completely. Integration with other applications are allowed, however, the list of applications is quite limited. Sometimes it gets difficult for project managers to get access to employees' dashboard. Clarizen allowed the team to amazingly apply the numerous projects we had and, at the same time, it provided us with knowledge we needed to make business decisions. It serves to connect all work planning, from the way executives initiate business initiatives, how organizations to support the objectives of the company. We realized that it was not as easy as we thought, it became a bit overwhelming for our team. It was difficult for us to grasp the thread, but little by Little did we learn to use it with practice, as every platform should improve some aspects, however we already feel comfortable using this platform.
