Planur is a cloud-based event diagramming platform designed for venues, event planners, caterers, hotels, conference centers, and hospitality teams that need fast, accurate, true-to-scale event floor plans. Planur helps event professionals create detailed layouts without the complexity of traditional CAD software. Users can build event diagrams with tables, chairs, bars, stages, dance floors, ceremony seating, lounge furniture, AV equipment, pipe and drape, aisles, and other common event elements. Existing venue floor plans can be imported and calibrated to scale, allowing teams to create professional layouts quickly and consistently. The platform is built to simplify collaboration throughout the event planning process. Teams can share live floor plan links, invite collaborators, review layouts, make updates, and export finished diagrams as PDF or PNG files. Planur also provides automatic object counts and practical layout tools that help venues and planners communicate setup requirements more clearly with clients, vendors, catering teams, and operations staff. Planur is especially useful for organizations that regularly create wedding floor plans, banquet layouts, seating charts, conference setups, ceremony diagrams, and corporate event layouts. It helps reduce time spent redrawing floor plans, searching through outdated versions, or working across disconnected systems. Unlike complex enterprise event diagramming and floor planning software, Planur focuses on ease of use, speed, and practical everyday event operations. The platform was created from real-world venue experience to solve the challenges event teams face when building layouts, communicating changes, and keeping everyone working from the same current plan. Planur is a strong fit for wedding venues, hotels, event spaces, conference centers, caterers, corporate event teams, performing arts venues, museums, and other organizations looking for intuitive event diagramming software, floor plan software, venue layout software, and seating chart software.
