PlantMaster Pro is a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) built for manufacturing plants that still run maintenance on a paper register, a spreadsheet or WhatsApp. It covers the full maintenance cycle: work orders with priority, downtime, labour, root cause, photos and sign-off; a complete asset register with QR tags and full machine history; preventive maintenance plans by date or meter reading that raise jobs automatically; condition monitoring against a healthy baseline; spare parts with minimum-stock alerts and purchase orders; inspection checklists; roster, attendance and daily logs; and reports exportable to CSV, Excel, Word and PDF. It also includes an AI Problem Solver: upload your own equipment manuals once, and any technician can describe a fault in plain language and get an answer drawn from your own documentation, with the manual and page cited. PlantMaster Pro runs in the browser on ordinary Android phones as well as desktop, keeps working when the signal drops on the plant floor, and syncs automatically when the connection returns. Each organisation's data is fully isolated from every other. Free for 7 days. No credit card required.
