The billing capability for self-built plans is pretty amazing, as it helps us consolidate bills per location instead of getting separate bills from carriers. The customer service is great, which adds to the overall experience. I also appreciate the dependent verification feature, which ensures that only actual dependents of the employee are getting on the plan. Additionally, the initial setup of PlanSource was very easy. I really appreciate PlanSource for the ease of using the portal, which makes our work much simpler. The team was extremely responsive during implementation and they're always there when we need something. They are down to earth, easy to get along with, and have a sense of urgency that we value. There was an issue once where employees who submitted a life event in a certain time period were charged the employer premiums instead of employee. This was a glitch outside of their control and was fixed very quickly. We caught it in time to manually override the system. Suggestions would be a peer review of changes before they feed to ADP. I like the modern and user-friendly look of PlanSource, which makes it appealing and functional. The built-in compliance functions are great for reducing liabilities, which is always a win. The implementation and customer service have been impeccable, making the setup so easy with a great team. I've had a very simple use of the system, as have the employees who have logged in. Being decentralized, an easy-to-use system is critical for us, and PlanSource does everything we need and more. We now have quicker approval of documents for dependent verification through use of AI support. The support from our team is outstanding as I receive quick responses to my questions and remedies for my issues. It would be helpful if I received a notification when a dependent ages out of insurance so I know I need to make an adjustment to our payroll deductions before I find an error on our bill. Plansource tells you exactly how much you're contributing per paycheck. At other companies I've worked at, W9s, benefits, payroll breakdowns all sat on different platforms. It was a pain in the butt. Now that we're using Plansource I can login and see ALL my contributions, deductions, and even Health ID cards! It's saved me in a pinch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PlanSource? I forget my username sometimes, and Plansource actually does not have an option to recover your username. You need to know the username of your account in order actually to reset your password, but I wish you were able to just verify via email or have two factor authentication. HR problems all the way. Without Plansource everything would either be done by paper, or ADP codes. In addition it's nice to only have to recall one login to access my benefits.
